Dante Exum (hip) not available for Wednesday's opener

Dante Exum has been ruled out for the Cavs season opener against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday with a hip strain. (Kelsey Russo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Exum along with Matthew Dellavedova, Kevin Porter Jr., and Kevin Love are all ruled out for Wednesday's opener. The shorthanded Cavs will rely heavily on Darius Garland and Collin Sexton to power their backcourt. Exum is not on the fantasy radar for now.
