Aldridge is dealing with a stomach illness and has been ruled out of Tuesday's game in the second leg of a back-to-back, with Rudy Gay, Derrick White, and Devin Vassell all out and Keldon Johnson listed as questionable, the Spurs could be severely shorthanded on Tuesday. If Johnson is to miss as well, expect the Spurs to rely on Jakob Poeltl and Trey Lyles to fill the void.
