Fantasy Impact:
Joe brings shooting to a Pistons team that was sorely lacking in three point shooting last year. They were league average in three point percentage, but next to last in threes taken. Joe averaged over 40% from downtown in each of the last four seasons, and should be a great role player addition to the team.
