The Falcons' defense conceded only 20 points to the Saints and forced one fumble in the loss. Matt Ryan has his way with the Saints' defense, but throws another late INT photo
Matt Ryan had a strong outing fantasy wise in the loss to the Saints finishing 24/36, for 334 yards, 2 TDs, and one very costly interception. Ryan was in control for most of the game against the Saints' wimpy pass defense and found a lot of success completing passes to eight different players. Ryan got the tight ends involved and also connected with star receiver Julio Jones for 9 catches and 149 yards. Late in the fourth quarter, Ryan was given a chance to lead the offense down the field for a game-winning score, but was intercepted on the first play of the drive as he locked onto his target over the middle of the field. His interception sealed the fate for Atlanta and seemed like a fitting end to his disappointing 2015 campaign.

With all things considered, it was a very solid performance from the back against a very stingy Panthers' defense.
