The Los Angeles Chargers have selected RB Omarion Hampton with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Hampton finished the 2024 season with 2,033 all-purpose yards for UNC. The Chargers did bring in Najee Harris in free agency, so the pick will impact both Hampton's and Harris' fantasy value in 2025. Harris is only signed for one-year, so Hampton will carry more value for fantasy managers in dynasty formats.
The Pittsburgh Steelers selected DT Derrick Harmon with the No. 21 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: The Steelers elect to pass on Shedeur Sanders at the quarterback position. Harmon will make an immediate impact on the defensive line after a big final season at Oregon.
The Denver Broncos have selected CB Jahdae Barron with the No. 20 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Jahdae Barron’s stingy 7.7 yards per reception allowed and five interceptions in 2024 make him a lockdown threat in Denver’s secondary, likely frustrating opposing wideouts for fantasy managers. The Seattle Seahawks have selected OL Grey Zabel with the No. 18 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Zabel started each game at LT last season for North Dakota State, but is likely to slot in as a center or a guard for the Seahawks. He has the ability and experience to play all across the offensive line, providing Seattle with a very versatile piece to their offensive line.
The Cincinnati Bengals selected DE Shemar Stewart with the No. 17 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Stewart will help upgrade a Bengals defense that was one of the worst units in the NFL last season.
The Arizona Cardinals have selected DT Walter Nolen with the No. 16 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Walter Nolen’s game-wrecking 91.6 run grade and 26 stops in 2024 make him a brick wall on Arizona’s interior, likely stifling opposing run games for fantasy managers facing Cardinals backs. Fantasy Impact: The Dolphins address their defensive line in round one. Grant is a huge lineman who should help the run defense for Miami. He also posted 6.5 sacks combined in his final two years at Michigan.
The Dallas Cowboys have selected OG Tyler Booker with the No. 12 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Tyler Booker’s zero-sack 2024 season and 98.6 percent pass-block efficiency at Alabama solidify the Cowboys’ line, giving Dak Prescott a cleaner pocket to target CeeDee Lamb for WR1 numbers. His rooted strength enhances run support, paving wider lanes for Dallas’ backfield to rack up yardage. At 6-foot-5, Booker’s high floor ensures the Cowboys’ offense gains a fantasy-friendly edge with better protection.
The San Francisco 49ers have selected EDGE Mykel Williams with the No. 11 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

With Chip Kelly taking over as the Raiders' offensive coordinator, fantasy managers should expect the Raiders' offense to center around the explosive rookie running back.
The Cleveland Browns have selected DT Mason Graham with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: Graham is considered as one of the top run stoppers in this draft class. He also posted a career-high 3.5 sacks in his final year at Michigan. He will join Myles Garrett and the rest of the defensive line for Cleveland.
