Tom Savage re-signs with 49ers

Backup quarterback Tom Savage was re-signed by the 49ers after San Francisco placed RB Raheem Mostert (broken arm) and CB Emmanuel Moseley (dislocated shoulder) on season-ending IR. This is Savage's third stint on San Francisco's active roster in the past two weeks. (Pro Football Talk)
Fantasy Impact:
Savage will act as the emergency quarterback behind C.J. Beathard and Nick Mullens. There's almost no path to playing time for Savage, so this stay in San Francisco could also be a short one
