Lawrence Guy Sr. absent at start of minicamp

According to Mike Reiss of ESPN, New England Patriots DT Lawrence Guy Sr. was not present at the start of the team’s mandatory minicamp on Monday. (Mike Reiss, ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Guy can be fined for his absences as he enters his 13th NFL season. In the middle of a four-year deal he signed in 2021, Guy currently has no guaranteed money left on his deal, according to Reiss. Head coach Bill Belichick didn’t specifically comment on Guy’s absence but did say the team was "working through a couple things." Guy has played over half of the team’s defensive snaps since joining New England in 2017 and is an important early-down rotational player on the inside.
