Travis Etienne Jr. lone bright spot amid poor Jacksonville showing
by Dan Tursky | Jaguars Correspondent | Sun, Sep 24th 6:20pm EDT
Travis Etienne Jr. rushed for 88 yards on 19 carries while hauling in an additional 4-of-5 targets for 50 yards as the Jaguars fell to the Texans 37-17 on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Etienne Jr.'s 138 yards from scrimmage were more than double from the next highest Jacksonville player, though he did cede a goal line touchdown to rookie back Tank Bigsby. The usage and volume is still a great sign for him going forward, particularly in the passing game. Etienne Jr. can be fired up as a fringe RB1 as Jacksonville travels to London to take on the Falcons in Week 4.
