This is not too notable, as they are likely just taking care of their star defender while they prepare for the regular season. If Garrett misses any more time, this could be a situation worth monitoring, but for now, this is likely just a veteran rest day. Garrett is one of the best sack artists in the NFL, having totaled 14 or more sacks for four straight seasons.
