J.J. McCarthy (ankle) expected to miss Week 3

Viking head coach Kevin O'Connell told reporters that QB J.J. McCarthy is dealing with an ankle injury. He is expected to miss at least their Week 3 matchup with the Bengals. (Alec Lewis on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Next up on the Vikings' QB depth chart is Carson Wentz, who may be a viable QB2. Even with McCarthy's early struggles, this is likely a downgrade for Justin Jefferson, T.J. Hockenson, and the rest of the Vikings' weapons.
