Reported by KSTPSports and later confirmed by his own Instagram feed, Cam Akers is returning to the Minnesota Vikings for his third stint with the team. His signing will help provide additional cover after the injury to Aaron Jones. In his Vikings career, he has run for 435 yards on 102 attempts with two touchdowns and has 21 receptions for 122 yards and two touchdowns. He is nothing more than a speculative waiver add for fantasy football purposes, with Jordan Mason likely to get the bulk of the work.
