CeeDee Lamb has contract restructured by Cowboys

Fantasy Impact:
Lamb was one of three players who had their contracts restructured to help create a significant amount of capital space for the Cowboys. They are now under the cap heading into free agency. Lamb and George Pickens are expected to run it back with Dak Prescott in the passing game for Dallas.
