D'Andre Swift Note

Jamaal Williams (thigh) returned in Week 11 but Swift remained Detroit's lead runner, out-carrying Williams 14-7. He also out-targeted Williams 4-0. The Lions' offense struggled mightily with Tim Boyle under center on Sunday, and it quickly became clear that Swift was their only offensive weapon. The sophomore RB totaled 136 rushing yards on just 14 carries, highlighted by a 57-yard TD scamper. Swift is trending towards being a locked-in first rounder in 2022 fantasy drafts.

Craig Reynolds Note

After rushing 11 times for 83 yards against the Broncos last Sunday, Reynolds stayed hot in Week 15. The unheralded Detroit running back carried the ball a whopping 26 times for 112 yards in an upset win over Arizona. He also caught his only target for a gain of five. Reynolds benefitted from the absences of both D'Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams, but it's unclear if that duo will return next weekend against Atlanta. If they don't, then Reynolds' waiver wire shine will certainly be on the rise.

Jamaal Williams Note

Williams was given a spot start in Week 13 against the Vikings and played admirably, rushing 17 times for 71 yards and catching one pass for a gain of nine. However, the full bell-cow usage wasn't there. Williams ran just nine routes as Godwin Igwebuike was utilized as the team's primary pass-catching RB. The upside here is limited but touches are touches. Williams draws the Broncos on the road in Week 14.
