Fantasy Football Player Notes

Week 14 set up favorably for Elliott as the Cowboys were without Tony Pollard due to injury. Unfortunately, Zeke is playing through an injury of his own and it has completely ruined his burst as a rusher. He hasn't topped 51 rushing yards since Week 6 and should be viewed as a TD-dependent fantasy option throughout the playoffs.

The 24-year-old looked destined to take over for Ezekiel Elliott earlier this season. However, Zeke just kept playing through his knee injury. Pollard suffered a foot injury himself, and it just doesn't seem as if he'll be worth starting in Week 17 against the Cardinals. Perhaps 2022 will be the year that he becomes a weekly, reliable fantasy option.
