Week 9 Rankings

25.
Jadarian Price
(vs . ARI)
Last week, Jadarian Price surprisingly led the backfield with a 48.2% snap rate, a 52.6% rushing share, and a 33.3% route share. Price finished with 12 touches and 37 total yards. The red zone work was split up between Price and Zach Charbonnet, with Price seeing one carry inside the 20-yard line while Charbonnet had two. Price has been efficient with his workload this season with 2.55 yards after contact per attempt and a 24% missed tackle rate. I have no clue if he'll continue to lead the way for Seattle's ground game, though. That was Zach Charbonnet's first game back in the lineup, and I expect his role to grow moving forward. Price will need volume this week and a score to pay off as a flex this week. Arizona's run defense has massively improved. Over their last five games, they have allowed the sixth-lowest explosive run rate, the sixth-lowest rushing success rate, and the seventh-fewest yards after contact per attempt.

Zach Charbonnet
(vs . ARI)
Last week was Zach Charbonnet's first game back. Charbonnet finished with nine touches and 29 total yards while leading the backfield with two red zone rushing attempts. Charbonnet was second on the team in backfield snap rate (35.7%), rushing share (31.6%), and route share (17.9%). He has only 1.67 yards after contact per attempt but a solid 17% missed tackle rate. Charbonnet's workload is likely to grow moving forward, but I don't want to flex him this week. Arizona's run defense has massively improved. Over their last five games, they have allowed the sixth-lowest explosive run rate, the sixth-lowest rushing success rate, and the seventh-fewest yards after contact per attempt.
