Justin Schultz had two assists during an 8-1 win versus Arizona. He finished the game with one shot and two blocks in 19:35 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: The two assists were the first points for Schultz since March 7th versus Anaheim and breaks an 11-game streak without a point. This season in 68 games he has six goals and 25 assists with a plus-two rating.

Martin Jones stood tall in net for the Kraken Thursday night, stopping 18 of 19 shots faced in a 4-1 win over the Ducks.

Fantasy Impact: Jones has been inconsistent in the crease of late for the Kraken, allowing three or more goals in three of his last five starts (1-2-0, .833 save percentage) for the club. The veteran netminder has been the beneficiary of playing behind one of the most prolific offensive attacks in the NHL to this point, carrying a 3.02 GAA and .888 save percentage in 45 appearances (25-12-3) so far this season.

Will Borgen had eight hits but finished with a minus-two rating during a 4-0 loss to San Jose. He played 17:40 minutes of ice time without recording a shot attempt.

Fantasy Impact: This season he has two goals and 13 assists in 57 games played. Borgen is second on the team in hits with 151 just two shy of fellow defenseman Adam Larsson.

Alexander Wennberg had an assist during a 3-1 road loss to New Jersey. He was held without a shot attempt and finished with a plus-one rating in 18:36 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: In 51 games this season, Wennberg has 10 goals and 15 assists with a plus-two rating. He has two goals and one assist in his last five games.

Morgan Geekie scored a goal on two shot attempts during a 3-1 win versus Columbus.

Fantasy Impact: This season in 39 games, he has five goals and 11 assists with a plus-18 rating. It breaks a long scoring drought with his last goal coming on November 3rd at Minnesota.

Driedger stopped 29 of 30 shots for the Kraken and helped them take down the Stars.

Fantasy Impact: Seattle's netminder is 2-1-0 and has stopped 92 of 96 shots over his last three games,

Kuhlman picked up an assist and an unassisted goal, both in the third period of Seattle's victory over the Stars.

Fantasy Impact: The Kraken forward scored his first goal since October 20th and pushed his season totals to 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists).

Rask had the primary helper on the Kraken's third goal in their 4-1 defeat of the Stars.

Fantasy Impact: Seattle's forward now has 15 points (6 goals, 9 assists) in 34 games this season.

Donato scored the game winning goal for the Kraken in their 4-1 victory over Dallas.

Fantasy Impact: Seattle's forward has 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) in his last four games and is up to 25 points (14 goals, 11 assists) on the year.

Soucy had the secondary helper on the Kraken's shorthanded goal and the primary assist on what became the game winning goal against the Stars.

Fantasy Impact: Seattle's defenseman had his second multi point night in his last six games, he's up to 19 points (9 goals, 10 assists) in 51 games played.

Sprong has now scored in both of his games since becoming a member of the Seattle Kraken. The goal came at the 6:29 mark of the second period to put the team on the board down 2-1. The offense didn’t do too much the rest of the game until Morgan Geekie found the net with just four seconds left to play in regulation as the Kings went on to win 4-2.

Fantasy Impact: Sprong moves to 10 goals on the season and has two of the ten as a member of the Kraken with back-to-back games with a scoring strike.

Per Chris Johnston on Twitter, the Seattle Kraken are sending forward Marcus Johansson to the Washington Capitals. The return is a 2022 fourth-rounder, 2023 sixth-rounder, and forward Daniel Sprong. The Kraken are also retaining 50% of Johansson’s contract.

Fantasy Impact: It remains to be seen where Johansson fits in the Capitals lineup. With Carl Hagelin out on long term injured reserve, the natural thought would be on the wing for the Capital’s fourth line. The veteran winger was solid in his previous stint in D.C. from 2010-2017. Fantasy managers will want to wait to see exactly what line he plays on for the Capitals, and if he gets any power play time.

Former Seattle Kraken defenseman Jeremy Lauzon was traded to the Nashville Predators for a 2022 second-round pick. Lauzon, just 24, was initially selected in the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft by Seattle from the Boston Bruins. Fantasy Impact: Lauzon has just six points in 53 games this season with the Kraken, and appears to be a depth move for the Predators. He doesn't merit roster consideration as of this moment. Seattle continues their firesale, attempting to remake their core for the future.
