Frank Gore (head) is questionable to return to game against Seattle

Gore tried to block a defender and it looked like he knocked himself out. He was out on the field for a few minutes, but was able to walk off the field on his own. He was then seen jogging to the locker room and is being evaluated for a head injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Gore scored the only TD in the game with a 10 yard run. Carlos Hyde will take Gore's place, who has been running great so far in this game. If Frank misses any time, Hyde is a must own and must start player.
