We are moving on to lucky Week 13 of the NFL season. I’ve been focusing on high Vegas totals and tight lines to identify good DFS plays all season, but there aren’t many of those this weekend. Only three games have a Vegas total over 49 points, and only six teams are favored by less than a touchdown.
This doesn’t give us a lot of stacking options, especially not any three-plus player stacks. As a result, I’ll focus on narrow stacks with just one pass-catcher and their quarterback, and I’ll look for high-upside players and correlations to fill out the rest of your FanDuel GPP lineups.
So, with that, let’s stack’em up for Week 13.

Stacking Options
Aaron Rodgers (QB – GB): $8,500 / Davante Adams (WR – GB): $9,500
A Packers stack featuring Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams will cost a lot of salary cap, but it’s also the stack that potentially offers the most upside. Rodgers has scored over 22 FanDuel points in six straight games. Meanwhile, his top target, Adams, has topped at least 14 FanDuel points in each of those games, including four games with at least 20 points.
Their matchup with the Eagles is one of those games projected for under 49 points, with the Packers as a big favorite. But the Packers have played down to their opponents’ level on numerous occasions this season, and the Eagles have a lot of fight in them, as they are still in contention for the woeful NFL East division title. As a result, look for a closer game than Vegas expects. With the Eagles staying close in this game, it is also an opportunity to use Miles Sanders as the bring-it-back option against a sub-par Packers run defense that has allowed 110.6 rushing yards (26th) and 0.8 touchdowns (18th) per game to running backs over the last five weeks while yielding 4.77 YPC (27th) during that stretch.

Philip Rivers (QB – IND): $7,000 / Michael Pittman (WR – IND): $5,600
The Colts spread the ball around a lot, both in the backfield and in the passing game, which isn’t ideal for a stack. However, on a slate without a lot of high-scoring, condensed offenses, we can take a shot on a cheaper stack like Philip Rivers to Michael Pittman. The Texans side of the ball figures to get more rostership, so a pivot to the Colts provides strong leverage. Rivers has managed some big passing days recently with more than 22 FanDuel points in three of his last six games.
Rookie wideout Michael Pittman has become his favorite target with a team-high 27 looks over the last four weeks. He will face a beatable Texans secondary that has allowed 1.36 touchdowns (30th) per game to opposing wide receivers this season. On the Texans’ side, Brandin Cooks will garner a lot of rostership with Will Fuller out, but instead, look to pivot to tight end Jordan Akins, who had two scoring opportunities on Thanksgiving and should see an increased role in the Texans passing game going forward without Fuller.

Chris Carson (RB – SEA): $8,000 / Seahawks D/ST: $4,700
The Seahawks have been starting to morph back into their old, familiar ways in recent weeks by taking the ball out of Russell Wilson’s hands and featuring the running game. While that is bad news for the #LetRussCook movement, that is good news for Chris Carson, who is another week removed from the injury list. Carson played second-fiddle to Carlos Hyde last week in his first game back, but with Hyde now nursing an ailment of his own, Carson should leap back into the lead role this week against the Giants. The game script sets up nicely for Carson, with the Seahawks playing at home as a double-digit favorite, while the Giants run defense has allowed 5.0 YPC (30th) to running backs over the last five weeks.
Pair up Carson with an improving Seahawks defense that has registered at least three sacks in five straight games while the Giants have allowed 2.8 sacks (26th) per game this season. The Seahawks could also benefit from facing the Giants’ backup quarterback, Colt McCoy, who was sacked six times in his lone start against Washington last season.
High-Priced Stud
Derrick Henry (RB – TEN): $10,000
It is officially Derick Henry SZN or #DHember or whatever the kids are calling it these days. The point is that Henry has been an absolute monster down the stretch in December the last couple of seasons, and he is likely to do it again this year. This week he will face the Browns, who have been decent against running backs this season, but who have allowed 100-plus yards to powerful backs like James Robinson and Josh Jacobs. The Henry train has left the station, all aboard!
