With the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft in the books, we’re onto Day 2.
Of course, Shedeur Sanders falling out of the first round is the highlight, but honestly, it’s something I projected and expected.
Let’s see who comes off the board on Day 2.

Day 2 NFL Mock Draft
2025 NFL Mock Draft: Round 2
33. Cleveland Browns: Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)
It makes sense for Shedeur Sanders to come off the board here, but don’t be shocked to see him slip even further.
Something I was thinking about: Whatever team drafts him, the head coach has Deion Sanders waiting in the wings to take his job.
34. Houston Texans: Tate Ratledge (OC – Georgia)
The Texans need offensive line help, and Tate Ratledge is someone who’ll beat the crap out of opposing defenders. He’ll be a solid pass rusher for C.J. Stroud.
35. Tennessee Titans: Jayden Higgins (WR – Iowa State)
The Titans get their new rookie quarterback an excellent big-body possession receiver.
36. Cleveland Browns: Kyle Williams (WR – Washington State)
The Browns draft an explosive receiver I think many are too low on. Kyle Williams is unlike any receiver on the Browns roster.
37. Las Vegas Raiders: Luther Burden III (WR – Missouri)
There seem to be some character concerns with Luther Burden, but going to a team with Pete Carroll as head coach should help keep him on track.
38. New England Patriots: Jack Bech (WR – TCU)
Drake Maye needs reliable weapons, and Jack Bech catches everything thrown his way.
39. Chicago Bears: TreVeyon Henderson (RB – Ohio State)
The Bears didn’t get Ashton Jeanty and Omarion Hampton is off the board. Ben Johnson gets a speedy running back.
40. New Orleans Saints: Mike Green (EDGE – Marshall)
Mike Green also seems to have character/off-field concerns. It’s always hard to gauge when players like this will be drafted, but he’s an incredibly talented player that Cameron Jordan could help guide into becoming an excellent pro.
41. Chicago Bears: Donovan Ezeiruaku (EDGE – Boston College)
The Bears need some EDGE help alongside Montez Sweat, and Donovan Ezeiruaku is the best option on the board. I’m not sure how he’ll fit into Dennis Allen’s defense, but he’s a fantastic EDGE rusher.
42. New York Jets: Will Johnson (CB – Michigan)
Injuries are lowering his draft status, but Jets head coach Aaron Glenn, a former defensive back, is getting Will Johnson, a player once considered a top-five selection.
43. San Francisco 49ers: Benjamin Morrison (CB – Notre Dame)
Another player who could’ve gone in the first round if not for injuries, Benjamin Morrison, lands with the cornerback-needy 49ers.
44. Dallas Cowboys: Quinshon Judkins (RB – Ohio State)
The Cowboys need a running back, and Quinshon Judkins is a fantastic speed-to-power type of runner. If the Cowboys’ offensive line continues to improve, it’ll reflect in Judkins’ games.
45. Indianapolis Colts: Nick Emmanwori (S – South Carolina)
Nick Emmanwori is a phenomenal athlete, but there’s a bit of risk here as you’re relying mostly on his tools. The Colts need someone to play safety.
46. Los Angeles Rams: Elijah Arroyo (TE – Miami)
I considered a quarterback here, but the Rams have been trying to find a tight end. Now, they get an excellent receiving tight end in Elijah Arroyo, who can line up in the slot.
47. Arizona Cardinals: Trey Amos (CB – Ole Miss)
The Cardinals have a lot of No. 2 and No. 3 cornerbacks. Trey Amos offers a high floor as the Cardinals throw more assets at the secondary.
48. Miami Dolphins: Kevin Winston Jr. (S – Penn State)
The Dolphins need a safety badly. Kevin Winston Jr. dealt with some injuries, but he was incredibly productive in 2023. Assuming the health checks out, the Dolphins find themselves a steady option on the back end.
49. Cincinnati Bengals: Jonah Savaiinaea (OL – Arizona)
Jonah Savaiinaea is a solid pass blocker who played tackle in college. I think he can slot in at guard and help keep Joe Burrow upright.
50. Seattle Seahawks: Jared Wilson (OC – Georgia)
Keep hitting doubles, Seattle. They took Grey Zabel in the first, and now they’ve added one of the top centers while Zabel lines up in the interior.
51. Denver Broncos: Jaylin Noel (WR – Iowa State)
The Broncos need some weapons for Bo Nix. They don’t have a receiver like Jaylin Noel, who will be an immediate producer from the slot.
52. Seattle Seahawks: Nic Scourton (EDGE – Texas A&M)
Nic Scourton is an intriguing pass rusher, but he has 33-inch arms (29th percentile), which does give some pause. The Seahawks take a chance, though.
53. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Carson Schwesinger (LB – UCLA)
The Buccaneers need a linebacker, and Carson Schwesinger provides a high football IQ that should allow him to quickly acclimate to the NFL game.
54. Green Bay Packers: Shavon Revel (CB – East Carolina)
If not for the recent ACL tear, Shavon Revel would likely have gone in the first round. He’s a man-to-man corner the Packers will be stoked to have.
55. Los Angeles Chargers: Darius Alexander (DT – Toledo)
Darius Alexander is a strong, tough interior defensive lineman the Chargers staff will appreciate and covet.
56. Buffalo Bills: Landon Jackson (EDGE – Arkansas)
He’s not the most explosive EDGE rusher and has an injury history, but Landon Jackson’s measureables are something the Bills may want to help get after Patrick Mahomes for years to come. He has 2025 to learn from Joey Bosa.
57. Carolina Panthers: JT Tuimoloau (EDGE – Ohio State)
JT Tuimoloau has a high floor, and the Panthers need some reliable pass rush help.
58. Houston Texans: Elic Ayomanor (WR – Stanford)
The Texans could use another receiver to help C.J. Stroud. Elic Ayomanor plays a brand of football that DeMeco Ryans will be a fan of.
59. Baltimore Ravens: Princely Umanmielen (EDGE – Ole Miss)
Has some great speed, longer arms than expected, and some solid movement skills. Princely Umanmielen will likely be a designated pass rusher for the Ravens at first.
60. Detroit Lions: Tre Harris (WR – Ole Miss)
Tim Patrick isn’t stopping me from taking Tre Harris, a player who can line up outside, get vertical and provide this offense some yards after the catch (YAC).
61. Washington Commanders: Dylan Sampson (RB – Tennessee)
This could be a fun pairing with Brian Robinson Jr. as the Commanders get more weapons for Jayden Daniels.
62. Buffalo Bills: Demetrius Knight Jr. (LB – South Carolina)
An older prospect, the Bills will be getting someone ready to play linebacker and contribute.
63. Kansas City Chiefs: Omarr Norman-Lott (DT – Tennessee)
A bit smaller for the interior, but explosive and can handle double teams fairly well.
64. Philadelphia Eagles: Darien Porter (CB – Iowa State)
A massive corner, Darien Porter has some concerns as really being only a one-year starter, but it’s the Eagles. Why not give this a shot?
