Week 7 is here, so it’s time to build some NFL DFS cash game lineups.
Remember, when playing cash games, you want to target players with a nice combination of floor and ceiling. If there is a “free square” on the board, that is: A significantly underpriced player thrust into a huge bump in usage, then you can play them without thinking about how popular they’ll be among the field.
With that in mind, read on to learn more about my favorite DFS cash game picks for Week 7. We’ll provide pricing from both FanDuel and DraftKings for these picks. I’ll keep it tight, with two picks for each position.

Week 7 NFL DFS Cash Game Advice & Picks
The players below are the ones I’m looking at for NFL DFS cash game considerations this week.
Quarterbacks
Dak Prescott is playing at such a high level right now, averaging 21.1 fantasy points per game, which ranks as the QB4 on the season. This is a quarterback who has put up 28+ points in two of his last three games. Up next is a smash spot at home against the Commanders. The Cowboys have a 28-point implied total in this game, which is the second-highest on the slate.
Jordan Love (QB – GB) at ARI | DraftKings: $6,200/FanDuel: $7,800
If you want a slight discount compared to Dak Prescott at quarterback, why not take a shot on Jordan Love? The Packers have a 25.5-point implied total, which is tied for fifth on the slate. With Josh Jacobs potentially out for this game, we could see Green Bay air it out a bit more than usual. I still prefer Prescott because Love is only slightly cheaper, but he makes sense this week as well.
Running Backs
Jonathan Taylor is in this column for the second week in a row. While he’s an expensive option, you have to like the spot against the Chargers. This is a defense that has gotten gashed on the ground in their last two weeks, allowing 128 yards to De’Von Achane and 111 yards to Jacory Croskey-Merritt. Taylor looks like the RB1 on the slate.
Quinshon Judkins is in an absolute smash spot at home against the Dolphins, who have been putrid on run defense, giving up a ton of yardage to Kimani Vidal, Rico Dowdle and James Cook in recent weeks. With windy weather in the forecast, we could see the Browns go extremely run-heavy in this spot, which bodes well for Judkins.
Wide Receivers
CeeDee Lamb is ready to return for the Cowboys, just in time for a terrific matchup against the Commanders. Pair Lamb with Dak Prescott in what should be a game where they pour on points, as the Commanders have been leaky in pass defense all year long. I wouldn’t worry about restrictions in Lamb’s first game back, since the Cowboys likely held him out until he was fully ready.
Rashee Rice makes his season debut after serving a six-game suspension. It’s a terrific matchup against the Raiders, as highlighted in the projections, where the Chiefs have a 29-point implied total, which is tied for the highest on the slate. With Patrick Mahomes playing at an MVP level, Rice has a huge ceiling for this game.
Tight Ends
Harold Fannin Jr. is coming off a big game against the Steelers, where he hauled in seven of his 10 targets for 81 yards. With David Njoku out, Fannin will have a chance to put up strong production against the Dolphins. The one concern is windy weather, but Fannin’s skillset is in the underneath passing game, where he can have chances to generate yards after the catch.
Mason Taylor is now the de facto No. 1 option for the Jets, as Garrett Wilson is sidelined with an injury. It’s a great matchup against the Panthers, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. We’ve seen Taylor show a high ceiling this year, so he makes a lot of sense for salary relief while you pay up elsewhere.
