Everyone loves an Ask Me Anything (AMA), especially the fantasy football community. You can put me at the top of the list of those who love fantasy football AMA. Answering questions for a specific individual fantasy player is so much fun. Not only am I helping that fantasy player improve their team, but it also challenges me to think outside the general box of who is higher in my rankings or who to start this year.
FantasyPros does an excellent job with their Discord AMAs, giving members a chance to have their questions answered by professionals. Please join my Discord channel and reach out to me anytime with any fantasy football questions.

So, without further ado, let’s dive into some of the questions and answers from my Week 10 Discord AMA.
Waiver Wire Questions
Can I drop Jayden Daniels in redraft leagues?
Thankfully, Daniels’ elbow injury doesn’t seem as significant as it looked Sunday night. However, the superstar will at least miss several weeks because of the injury. The Washington Commanders are 3-6 and have little chance of making the playoffs, especially with their franchise quarterback out of the lineup. Therefore, I doubt the team brings him back to play in a couple of meaningless games late in the year. Fantasy players can go ahead and drop Daniels.
Who are your top waiver wire replacement options for Tucker Kraft?
Fantasy players will likely have to either make a trade or stream tight ends off the waiver wire if they lost Kraft to a season-ending torn ACL on Sunday. However, Harold Fannin Jr. is rostered in just over half of ESPN leagues (50.5%). He would be an excellent long-term replacement option. The rookie has averaged 6.8 targets and 1.1 PPR fantasy points per game with Dillon Gabriel starting, totaling at least 11.3 or more fantasy points in all but one contest.
Which wide receiver should I target off the waiver wire this week?
Troy Franklin is rostered in just over half of ESPN leagues (51.9%) and is my favorite wide receiver target this week. He only had 8.3 PPR fantasy points against an elite Houston Texans pass defense. However, the former Oregon star earned a team-high 10 targets. Franklin was outstanding over the previous two games, averaging nine targets, 1.5 touchdowns, and 19.9 fantasy points per outing. Another appealing option is Christian Watson, with Matthew Golden dealing with a shoulder injury and Tucker Kraft out for the season.
Trade Questions
Should I sell high on Kyle Monangai or expect him to have a meaningful role moving forward?
The Chicago Bears were without D’Andre Swift on Sunday because of a groin injury. Monangai was outstanding as the starter, totaling 26 rushing attempts for 176 yards and 22.8 PPR fantasy points. However, he faced an awful Cincinnati Bengals run defense in the highest scoring game this season. Yet, the rookie played well enough to earn more touches moving forward. Fantasy players should try selling high on Monangai. However, he could have high-end flex appeal even with Swift back in the lineup.
Would you trade RJ Harvey and Kareem Hunt for Omarion Hampton?
Accept that trade immediately! Harvey has scored at least 16.6 PPR fantasy points in back-to-back games because of touchdown luck, totaling four trips to the end zone on only 15 touches. Meanwhile, Isiah Pacheco could return after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 10 bye. While Hampton reportedly won’t play until after the Los Angeles Chargers’ Week 12 bye, the rookie is one of my favorite trade targets for fantasy teams with a winning record.
Do I trade Jahmyr Gibbs and Drake Maye to the Jayden Daniels owner for Christian McCaffrey if I also have Matthew Stafford in a 1QB league?
I love the idea of packaging one of your quarterbacks to upgrade at running back. McCaffrey has been outstanding, averaging 25.7 PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, the superstar has scored at least 22.7 in all but one game this season, totaling 34 or more in two of the past three contests. However, I would try to package Gibbs and Stafford for McCaffrey and keep Maye. Your league mate lost Daniels and likely can’t find a better replacement on the waiver wire than Stafford.
Outlook Questions
How much did Rome Odunze‘s Week 9 performance impact his rest-of-season outlook?
Odunze only saw three targets, catching none and scoring zero PPR fantasy points on Sunday. He has scored 5.2 or fewer fantasy points in three of four games since the bye week. However, Odunze is still my favorite Chicago Bears wide receiver. DJ Moore had an excellent fantasy performance in Week 9. Yet, he only saw six targets and needed a rushing and passing touchdown to score over 11.2 fantasy points. Odunze is still a top-20 wide receiver for the rest of the season.
What should we expect from Kimani Vidal for the rest of the season?
Unfortunately, Vidal was a massive fantasy bust in Week 9, totaling 12 rushing attempts for 30 yards and three PPR fantasy points. Yet, he had an outstanding matchup against an awful Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, Vidal had seen at least 18 rushing attempts for 117 yards and 19.7 fantasy points in two of the previous three matchups. While Omarion Hampton reportedly won’t return until after the team’s Week 12 bye, I want to avoid starting Vidal after his performance on Sunday.
Is Colston Loveland a must-start tight end now, or was last week’s performance a fluke?
Hopefully, fantasy players who needed a streaming option in Week 9 grabbed Loveland off the waiver wire. The rookie was outstanding, totaling six receptions on seven targets for 118 receiving yards, two touchdowns, and 29.8 PPR fantasy points. However, he faced a Cincinnati Bengals defense that had surrendered 21.7 fantasy points per game to tight ends before last week’s matchup. While Loveland is an excellent waiver wire target this week, I’m not ready to call him a must-start tight end.
Dynasty Questions
How much would it take to acquire Jayden Daniels in superflex leagues?
I love the idea of trying to trade for Daniels in dynasty leagues following his elbow injury. Some fantasy players will sell the superstar at a discount to get a replacement for their championship-caliber team. However, you will only get so much of a discount because of the injury, as Daniels has an outside chance of returning this year. I would start with a solid QB2 and two first-round rookie picks and see if that’s enough to land Daniels.
What should I do with Kenneth Walker III?
The Seattle Seahawks are determined to drive you, me, and the rest of the fantasy football world crazy with their split backfield. Furthermore, Sam Darnold and the passing attack have been outstanding this season. I have Walker in several dynasty leagues and can’t trust him in my lineup. Fantasy players should hold onto him, try to avoid starting the veteran, and hope some time makes Walker their featured running back in free agency this offseason.
