Two-Start Rostered Pitchers Notes
- Davis Martin has been one of the biggest breakouts of the season. He’s put together a 2.00 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, 3.35 xERA, 9.4 K/9 and an 8-1 record across 11 starts. Week 11 will be a real test for him as the Braves and Dodgers are second and first, respectively, in wOBA against right-handed pitchers.
- Cristopher Sanchez continues to get better as he has each of the past four seasons. His 1.47 ERA ranks first among qualified starters, and his strikeout-minus-walk rate (24.5%) is fifth. The Blue Jays (26th) and Brewers (24th) are both in the bottom 10 in wOBA against lefties.
- Gerrit Cole made his long-awaited return and impressed. In his first two starts back, he’s pitched 12.2 innings, allowing zero runs, six hits and three walks with 12 strikeouts. He’ll have his work cut out for him in Week 11; the Guardians and Blue Jays rarely ever strike out against righties.

Two Start Streamer Notes
- Payton Tolle gets a two-faced week of matchups in Week 11. The Rays have the third-lowest strikeout rate (17.3%) against lefties, but the Rangers strike out the second-most (27.3%). He has mostly been excellent this season, despite failing to complete five innings in his last outing. Among rookies with at least 30 innings pitched, Tolle ranks first in WHIP (0.90), second in xERA (2.19), second in K/9 (10.0) and fifth in ERA (2.61).
- Dustin May threw seven innings in his last outing before giving up his first hit. Now, looking ahead, he gets the Mets and Twins, two teams that struggle against righties. The team in Queens has the single worst wOBA against righties, while Minnesota strikes out the fifth-most against them. Since April 10th, May has a 3.02 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, 7.4 K/9 and seven quality starts.
