Ryan Rua goes 1-2 with a walk in Thursday's loss

Ryan Rua, who was Texas' designated-hitter on Thursday, went 1-2 with a triple, a walk and two RBIs in the Rangers' 5-4 loss to Kansas City.
Fantasy Impact:
Rua, who is one of the Rangers' top prospects entering 2015, is widely considered to be the favorite to land the starting left field job this season. Rua, who had a .740 OPS for Texas in slightly more than 100 plate appearances in 2014, is expected to do even more this season. The injuries of several Rangers a season ago allowed for the 24-year-old to get some valuable big league at bats, and many think he is poised to breakout this season.
