Fantasy Impact:
The 37-year old Liriano received multiple guaranteed offers for the 2020 season but opted out due to COVID-19 concerns. He last pitched for the Pirates in 2019, when he posted a 3.47 ERA and 1.36 WHIP over 70 relief innings. He shouldn't have much trouble finding a new home in 2021.
