Blake Snell reportedly being traded to Padres

Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports the Padres have an agreement in place to acquire LHP Blake Snell from the Rays. (Dennis Lin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Lin notes that Luis Patiño, Francisco Mejía, Blake Hunt, and Cole Wilcox are the prospects heading back to the Rays. Snell currently has three years and $39 million remaining on his contract, and he'll give the Padres a dangerous rotation entering the 2021 campaign. In 11 starts this year Snell posted a 3.24 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP. Pitching in San Diego should ultimately be a plus for his fantasy value, especially if the Padres let him go deeper into games than the Rays ever did.
