Frankie Montas is 'feeling better' after testing positive for COVID-19. He stated that he is close to full strength, and that he expects to get back into pitching shape relatively quickly. (Alex Coffey on Twitter)
Montas was a popular bounceback candidate prior to testing positive for COVID, but it sounds like he is progressing well and should be ready for Opening Day. Expect a season somewhere between his phenomenal 2019 (2.63 ERA) and his disappointing 2020 (5.60 ERA).
