Jonathan Lucroy inks minor-league deal with Nationals

Fantasy Impact:
Lucroy was released by the White Sox at the end of Spring Training. The veteran backstop was unable to secure a roster spot with the White Sox but ultimately lands a minor-league deal with the Nationals. The 34-year-old slashed 333/.478/.389 during the spring and gives the Nationals depth at catcher. Lucroy slashed .232/.305/.355 with eight homers, 36 RBI, and 30 runs scored across 328 plate appearances with the Angels/Cubs in 2019.
