Astros reliever Phil Maton allowed one walk and one hit over 0.1 scoreless innings against the Athletics on Saturday. Despite facing three batters and retiring just one, the 28-year-old managed to earn the win. Houston ultimately defeated Oakland by a score of 10-4.
Fantasy Impact:
Maton has been in the right place at the right time this season; he has now gone 6-0 through 66.2 innings of work. All the while, he has yielded a not-great 4.73 ERA. In fact, over his last seven games alone, he owns a 10.80 ERA to go along with a 2-0 record.
