Miguel Andujar went 1-for-3 with a stolen base in New York’s 3-0 loss in Boston on Sunday.
Andujar singled with two outs in the 5th inning to break up Michael Wacha’s perfect game bid. He then proceeded to steal his seventh base of the season. Andujar recorded one of New York’s two hits on Sunday in the shutout loss. The 27-year-old is slashing .250/.270/.283 with two doubles; four RBI, and seven runs scored in 60 at-bats across 17 games up with the big league club this season. Andujar started for the first time since getting back-to-back starts in Seattle on Tuesday and Wednesday. At-bats will be even harder to come by with Giancarlo Stanton (Achilles) expected to be sent on a rehab assignment soon but Andujar offers value in DFS leagues when he does start.
