Lourdes Gurriel Jr. (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day IL. Otto Lopez has been activated to the Blue Jays roster. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Gurriel left Wednesday's game early due to a hamstring injury and will ultimately need at least 10 days to fully recover. Raimel Tapia, Jackie Bradley Jr, and Whit Merrifield will likely rotate as options in the outfield while Gurriel is out.
