Cole will look to start the 2023 season on a strong note Thursday after posting a solid 1.02 WHIp with 257 strikeouts in 33 starts during the 2022 season. Fantasy managers should start the 32-year-old ace with confidence against a San Francisco lineup that did little to scare opponents last season.
