Fantasy Impact:
The Red Sox training staff made two visits to the mound in the fourth inning to check on Sale, before eventually pulling him. Sale finished the game allowing five hits, one walk, and one earned run over 3 2/3 innings pitched. The Red Sox should release more information on the nature of the injury soon.
