Fantasy Impact:
Sale was removed from his Thursday night start in the fourth inning after multiple visits from the Boston training staff. Sale has dealt with numerous injuries over the last few years, starting just 11 games combined in 2021 and 2022. Unfortunately for Sale and fantasy managers, Sale could be out awhile and will likely need a rehab assignment before returning to the rotation.
