Givens allowed one earned runs on two hits and a walk in rehab outing at Double-A Bowie on Wednesday but will take his rehab from a shoulder injury to Triple-A on Friday. Given was touched up for five earned runs in four innings of work before hitting the shelf with shoulder inflammation.
