Gerrit Cole earns no-decision Friday

Despite a strong season overall, Cole had a rough outing against the Pirates, allowing six hits and three walks in just five innings pitched.
Fantasy Impact:
He managed to strike out four batters, but the two earned runs were enough to prevent him from earning a win. While this performance is a slight setback, Cole's season-long numbers still remain impressive with a 2.81 ERA, a 1.05 WHIP, and a solid strikeout rate of 9.75 K/9. Fantasy managers should not be overly concerned about this one game and can continue to rely on Cole as a reliable fantasy option moving forward.
