Mariners GM Jerry Dipoto said Troy Taylor suffered a lat strain in his offseason workouts and won't be ready to go for spring training. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Taylor has been shut down from throwing for the time being. He posted a 3.72 ERA across 19 1/3 innings in relief for Seattle last season. There is no clear timetable for his return as of now.
