Red Sox outfielder Masataka Yoshida is set to resume swinging in spring training following October 2024 shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum. (MLB.com)

Barring any setbacks, the 31-year-old is expected to be ready for Opening Day. Yoshida hit .280 with 10 homers and a .764 OPS across 108 games in his second season with the Red Sox in 2024.
