Bryce Miller to be placed on IL

Fantasy Impact:
Following his recent continued struggles, Miller received a cortisone shot. Mariners manager Dan Wilson said it didn't help as well as had been hoped. Logan Evans is being recalled to start on Tuesday and he is worth rostering in most formats.
