Greg Weissert earns save Tuesday

Greg Weissert threw a scoreless ninth inning to preserve a 3-1 win over the Rays on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Weissert did not record any strikeouts but needed only seven pitches to send the Rays down in order in the frame. The veteran got the save chance in place of Ardolis Chapman, who remains the team's closer. That being said, Weissman has posted scoreless outings in seven of his past eight appearances. Overall, he has a 2-1 record, 2.67 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, and 30 strikeouts over 30 1/3 innings of work on the season.
