The Yankees recalled RHP Scott Effross from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Fantasy Impact:
Effross takes the roster spot of Clarke Schmidt who was placed on the injured list. He'll add an extra arm in the middle innings for the Yankees bullpen.
