The market for starting pitcher Sandy Alcantara is picking up drastically and there is a real chance the former Cy Young winner will be dealt prior to Thursday's trade deadline. (Jim Bowden on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Alcantara is having a tough season that has seen him pitch to a 6.66 ERA in 20 starts. However, teams will be attracted to his club control through next season (club option for 2027) and the fact that his 4.64 SIERA is two runs below his surface ERA.
