Leo De Vries traded to Athletics

The Athletics acquired SS Leodalis De Vries, RHP Braden Nett, RHP Henry Báez, and RHP Eduarniel Nuñez from the Padres in exchange for RHP Mason Miller and LHP JP Sears.
Fantasy Impact:
De Vries is the big get for the Athletics as the No. 3 ranked prospect in all of baseball. He is currently slashing .245/.3567/.410 in 82 games at High-A this season with eight home runs. He joins a young core that the Athletics already have up in the majors as a part of their long-term future.
