Fantasy Impact:
After posting a 4.38 ERA and 1.30 WHIP across 12.1 innings with the Pirates this season, Sisk was optioned to the minors. In a corresponding move, the Pirates selected the contract of their No. 4 prospect, Hunter Barco.
