Norby is coming off a frustrating 2025 season, limited to 88 games due to injuries and finishing with a .251/.300/.389 slash line. The right-handed-hitting Norby and left-handed-hitting Pauley could form a platoon if neither stands out during spring training or early in the season. Norby is also expected to get some outfield reps this spring, which could boost his playing time if injuries start to mount.
