Doyle (wrist) has appeared in only two spring games due to a left wrist sprain. His most recent game action came over a week ago. (Thomas Harding)

He has made progress in his recovery. Doyle will take batting cage swings for the second consecutive day on Thursday and indicated he could rejoin the lineup for Friday's Cactus League matchup with Oakland.
