Miller (hip) is recovering from surgery on both hips. He did not appear in any Grapefruit League games this spring. (Chris McCosky)
Fantasy Impact:
Detroit optioned Miller to minor-league camp on Friday. His recovery will delay the start of his minor-league season, with an eventual assignment to Double-A Erie projected once he's ready.
