Noah Davis reassigned to Pirates minor league camp

Davis posted a 6.52 in 9.2 innings this spring, but did post an impressive 11:1 K:BB ratio. The righthander has pitched parts of four seasons in the majors, and has a 9.53 ERA in 62.1 career innings. He did pitch well in the minors last season, combining for a 3.88 ERA with 54 strikeouts in 48.2 innings with Triple-A teams in the Twins and Dodgers organizations. The soon-to-be 29-year-old Davis will head to Triple-A Indianapolis to begin the season.
