Steven Matz to pitch third game of season

Matz will return to starting this season after making 51 of his 53 appearances last season between the Cardinals and Red Sox as a reliever. The veteran posted a 3.05 ERA in that role last season and owns a 4.31 ERA in his career as a starter.
