Tanner Bibee has been named the Opening Day starting pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians against the Seattle Mariners according to Tim Stebbins. (Tim Stebbins on Twitter)

Bibee will face off against Seattle right-hander Logan Gilbert in the season-opening matchup after posting a 1.23 WHIP and 4.24 ERA in 31 starts (12-11, 162 strikeouts) during the 2025 season.
