Esteury Ruiz (oblique) diagnosed with left oblique strain

Ruiz left Friday's Grapefruit League game against the Nationals with what was initially described as left side tightness, but further testing has revealed a left oblique strain. Additional tests are underway to determine the severity of the injury. (Stephen Strom)
